People who make unhelpful comments...like commenting how I always hide away so how will I meet people? I'm not happy about doing it. Having to talk to people scares the shit out of me. I can't help that. Makes it feel even worse knowing that I am getting help now, why didn't I do this 15 years ago. What a waste of all those years.

But you did do it? Your anxiety might of gone into overdrive but you did what you set out to so well done , pushing yourself to do stuff you dont want to is the only way forward.

I reallyyyy need a haircut, look like a tramp, not long and people are gonna be giving me change for a cup of tea. Never had it cut by anyone but my mum when i was younger and my sister, dunno how it works (sounds silly i know). I've no idea what to tell them to do, my sister knows exactly what to do but she wont be there and i know im gonna end up with a mess .

Thanks Jason , just seems really stupid, how can anyone take me seriously if I'm scared of telling someone not to do something i.e. be late everyday!!

Alpaca wool is worth a fortune though, so it's a lucrative option.

Just annoys me that people comment on stuff like I do it on purpose, god if it was as simple as going out and being able to talk to people then we wouldn't have this problem, nobody actually understands it though, it's as though they think I hide away for the sake of it. People who make the comments haven't got the slightest idea how social situations make me feel, they don't know the panic of having to go to the appointments or even that I am going to any at all, the anxiety that happens just from having to speak to someone and the shitty thoughts that I get afterwards about how everything went wrong and analysing it all.

I don't know, maybe if I had done this 15 years ago, maybe I would have a completely different life now, I might be happy, have friends, be with someone, have kids, I don't know.

You know what scares me, they thought that the therapist might turn round and say there its nothing wrong, that they can't help me. What will I do then?

Sorry ignore me, just got lots of crap going round in my head at the moment.

That's not going to happen, hun

You're flooding yourself with negative thoughts - I know only too well because I do it myself. Be proud that you sought help and take one step at a time

Hang in there, hun. I know it wont exactly happen tomorrow, but you'll come up with an escape plan, and you will work towards it and get far away from what makes you unhappy. You'll be far from where you are right now before you know it.

Mostly about the dreaded question "So what do you do?" and how to get out of it (I barely do anything...)

Also I dislocated my finger today and smashed my cheekbone playing football so minor injuries unit for me tomorrow - why is it so easy for me to face that compared to going to the doctors and telling them about how I want to kill myself?

Thinking of how much of a coincidence it is that 2 of the greatest fantasy epic authors of all time both have R.R. as their middle initials, why couldn't I have had R.R. as my middle initials?!

Yeah, just read about that. Can't think of a better fit for the series.

Anyway, much happier this morning. I'm down in London the middle of next month, and maybe meeting a friend dear to my heart. Can't wait. : )

Ugh, 77 parcels today: when will you people stop yer spending??!

There's a lot of frowning at the depot over how things still haven't quite gone quiet yet after the xmas period, it is mid-February after all. Woulda thought xmas money/vouchers had been spent by now and that people were settling down, paying off debts and stuff. Bastards. I need my spare time... got to get Oldham into the premiership! My dad drives a lorry delivering car parts, he does lates now so hes lucky he only has a few Toyota and Porsche garages but before when he worked nights he had a ridiculous amount of deliveries and in order to meet deadlines you cant drive as you should. He had a friend who was a courier and he had the same problem unfortunately they packed so much on that the only way he could deliver them was to speed, he got caught on 3 speeding cameras in one day, bye licence and job. Arent all jobs going that way? they want more but they want to pay you a lower wage, unhappy workers arent as productive though, feels like im rambling so im gonna shut up now .

Yea, near the end of the round i'm quite eager to sprint to the finish line, if you know what i mean! I'm chummy with the other couriers in my area and they seem alright - no idea what they're like with customers though. Meh, there's any number of reasons why we might be grumps, all sorts of things can happen from one customer to the next.

77 isn't too bad really. I make a fuss, but it's still a lunch time finish for me. If my delivery radius was 50miles that's when i might have reason to complain

You still at it?

I absolutely bombed around today - was like a busy worker bee! I cut the chatter right down and finished before the rain started proper.
