hi! forum newbie here...
hi...just learned about this site. i was reading through some posts, before i joined, and i felt relieved of the idea that these people are actually feeling more or less the same as i am. (does that seem selfish? it's not that i'm happy many are undergoing this, it's just that comforting feeling of knowing someone could understand or relate to you.)
btw, aside from having sa, i was also diagnosed with chronic depression. i've had sa since the time i could remember, and im turning 21 in about a month. the depression only sank in four years ago, and now, out of desperation, i've been looking for something, anything, that could actually help me...  another problem i have is that we're really financially unstable, and it seems that the solutions that the internet are offering always require lots of money, and it only adds to my helplessness... there are just times like this when it feels as if the world is crashing down on you (cliche but true)  anyway, i'm planning on a rebirth stage.  i think i'll be engaging in simplification. i hope that could help me, as well as some conversations with a social anxiety group..so if anyone would like to talk, i'll be really glad to help and be helped.  to pink_ego_box, if ever you come across this post, i could totally relate to you. hope we could get acquainted

I expect I'll be around on this forum a fair bit- if you ever feel like talking, just PM me- like a lot of people here i'm sure, I struggle even conversing on the internet and MSN, but I'll do my best- just need to be coaxed out of my shell!
