Thanks for your reply. I have just read your introduction / first post and your situation is very similar to myself (Almost scary) as i am 35yrs, live in Kent and also work full time from home. I only joined here yesterday after deciding to look up my issue on the internet and was quite shocked at the things i read, allot of people describing what they go through on a daily basis and i was seeing things that i regularly feel.
