Anxious - fear of the unknown.
If things fall outside of my normal routine sometimes I get very anxious and avoid doing things/put things off.
I cope okay with things and other days I just fall to pieces. Attending appointments Going out Meetings at work Meeting new people Joining a running group, taking part in parkrun. I suffer with Ibs which doesn't help things but maybe anxiety is more of an issue than I like to believe. Newbs |
