Constantly tired all the time. Been taking iron supplements for a month but am no different. Suppose I'll have to go and have a blood test.

Well, lack of iron in the blood can cause tiredness. You get iron from certain foods but it's possible to not be getting enough due to poor diet.

Still pissed off thinking about be condescending to by a couple of ophthalmologist at my hospital appointment yesterday. One of the arrogant muppets who spends all day looking into peoples eyes, including mine had terrible bad breath as well - not nice in that line of work.

Fine but a bit lonely. Went to the S2R group to get my gym token earlier this afternoon, the girls were still bitching about me, making sure I overheard.

When 2 of them went away I sat close to Jackie, offered a smile and tried to chat to her. She just said 'that's not your chair, it's Claire's' and turned away. Claires' in in the neutral camp although they've tried to turn her against me.

It sounds pants but I couldn't give a shit, I just wanted to speak to Jackie's boyfriend again and even that's out of curiosity of his website in which he interviews/reviews bands etc.

Did the usual work out, improving my time every week, got more than a few interested glances but the girl I've started speaking to, Kelly, wasn't there.

My friend is driving me mad me though, he keeps going on about how the barmaid in his won't speak to him. He texts/calls her over & over certain he's done something to offend her. I said he's the most inoffensive person in the world until he goes into stalker mode.

Looking forward to seeing the guitarist on Sat night. If I can pluck up the courage to ask a neighbour if I can kindly have their laundry key cut then I can get my ****-me underwear washed in time.

Pretty good. Yesterday I discovered that I had about £200 more left in my account than I thought I did. This afternoon I learnt that a place has become available at London Swing Festival and I'm next on the waiting list. A winning combination!

I feel like i need a place to put all this positivity and energy i've gained since i've started working out. Things are looking up, but i need to do something with that.

Social anxiety or not, i'm realising how much of a people person i am.

Been and registered at a volunteer agency. Didn't realise volunteering was so complicated. Had to fill out a bunch of forms and give all sorts of details. Thought I'd better tell them about my SA and depression whilst I was there and they were very understanding about it. Going to be doing something involving driving a van or mini-bus when they find something suitable for me.

I worried about getting the results of my urine test tomorrow.

I found out that you're supposed to fill the container midstream but all I could manage to do was fill it half way with whatever would come out, which was half a container of the forced remains of my first pee of the day.

I should have gone for my blood test first then go and do the urine test, then I'd have had more time to build up some pee and pee properly.

PS

5 day's off the booze and still dieting

so I'm feeling bloody bored as well.
