^ you can always justify a chippy tea

Think the cough medicine is easing the chest pain when I cough. Thank you science. Kinda regret sacrificing that goat now

If you want to be especially flash you can wedge a Yorkshire pudding in the mug too.

Don't be intimidated by the size of the pudding. The hot tea will soon squish it down to a managable pulp.

I'm bone Idol, a third of my body weight needs shedding and I did an overall walk of about 17 miles when I did my first mountain of 893 metres.

Ascending is much more tiring than descending.

Descending can be harder if your knees play up.

More painful but much less tougher on your organs and legs.

You'll be fine in decent weather if you're well prepared.

Btw something 597 is classed as a hill, not a mountain.

hehe a chippy tea is indeed a Northern delicacy but not exactly as described!
It's a dinner from the chip shop usually drowned in curry or gravy. Curry, chips and rice is a favourite - carb overload though!

I think I'd prefer to drown chips in cheese if that's possible

I might do chips, egg fried rice, fried mushrooms, peas, pork shoulder steak and Goldfish curry sauce later.

Has anyone donated furniture/big household stuff to charity before? I want to arrange for BHF to collect my fridge freezer, but I don't know if they'd come into my kitchen to take it, or they'd expect me to have it right by the door ready for them to take away (I'm in a ground floor flat). It's an annoying little detail that's making me put off getting it done, in case I do something wrong and the driver looks at me like I've farted in his corn flakes.

No, no, no. These things simply need to be kept separate. Pizza on it's own = yum. Chips on their own = yum. Gravy on a roast = yum. These things cannot be combined

Takes me back to High School dinners.

Pizza, chips, curry sauce or gravy followed by chocolate ice cream and custard, and lime milkshake.
