^ eek 8.30 thats early, i hate morning appointments :/ hope it goes ok

I'm currently thinking what a dumbass i am for not being quicker to return a couple pairs of shoes i bought which are too small for me. Checked the date today when i ordered them and is apparently been a month since i bought them so probably too late to send them back. So now have two pairs of shoes i can't wear and am 60 out of pocket :/ what a stupid idiot. Thats what you get i suppose for putting stuff off till 'tomorrow' Spose i could try flogging them on ebay, least if i got some of the money back would be better than nothing. Really annoyed with myself.

Not that long ago i used to wake up in the morning with a sense of panic and i couldnt remember what day it was or why i had to get up at the time i had set my alarm, and it'd take me quite a while to figure out what the hell was going on, like I'd just been dropped off by some aliens who blanked my memory.

Now that doesnt happen anymore im wondering wtf that was about in the first place? ;/

I'm feeling the same again: it's definitely tree pollen!

Thanks Lol I prefer morning appointments as I don't have to be anxious for the whole day!

My appointment went well. I asked for a letter regarding my ESA mandatory reconsideration and she was fine, she was like 'oh you don't need to pay for that' (Mind advised me I may have to). She seemed quite happy to help. Which is a bit of a relief, I haven't had good luck with that surgery up till now. She also reviewed my ECG from my health check which had apparently diagnosed me with a possible myocardial infarction otherwise known as a heart attack!!! but it's actually fine. It's quite a common problem with ECG machines apparently . I did wonder why the nurse doing the ECG got so worried

^ ohh good idea, I'm on it like a car bonnet a little tricky doing it from me bed, but I'll find a way!

The Cloriocoputs' first meal shouldn't be too good or it'll be settng the bar pretty high, creating a president that will be difficult if not impossible to maintain possibly turning it into some kind of blood thirsty monster.. well switch blood with whatever it's hungry for.. Sap? Or something

I'm on a training course in London today with 15 strangers. You'd think after attending OU tutorials for years I'd feel fairly relaxed about the whole set-up, but I ain't quite. Pray for me during the 9.15-9.30 'Introductions', 9.30-9-50 'Ice Breaker', 11-11.15 'Coffee break', 13-14.00 'Lunch' and the 15.30-15.45 'Coffee Break'.

Today is World Sleep Day launched to promote the importance of good sleep for our physical and psychological wellbeing.

That's reminded me to get some more alcohol.

Bored.
Don't go back to work til Tuesday. Was meant to be staying at partners but the possibility of snow has put me off, don't want to get stuck anywhere. I've just been out for walk. I should go on my exercise bike

I'm wondering if I should attempt to go private for my health..issues

I don't even know how you start that, where I'd go getting advice about it (sure everyones going to be the "best choice" if they can get several grand off you) or if its worth it..or do I need to address slightly less serious things first in an attempt to improve my condition.

I'm not entirely sure I can mentally cope till May, I really am lost and in need of help

I annoy myself. If I wasn't me, and I knew me, I wouldn't want to talk to me.

It's that time of year again. Time to get a haircut
I haven't found a good hairdresser here, they all focus more on talking than cutting hair.
In addition to this I'm also putting off a trip to the beauty salon, a dentist appointment, a smear test, discussing my hearing problem with my doctor and discussing the fact that my birth control makes me either bleed for a month or not at all.
Yes I am busy but I should organise important life shit on my days off work.
