Default Hello
Hi all, 30 odd year old male here, I've learned to accept the difficulties I have with social anxiety and don't believe it will ever leave me. I'm happy to try and make positive steps to improve my life though and I'm being drawn towards speaking to people who suffer a similar problem and who understand.
