A quick introduction

Hi, I thought I’d offer a quick introduction rather than my usual silent lurking
I’ve always had social anxiety and found ways to cope with it with varying levels of success. I recently came to the realisation that I’m very likely on the autism spectrum with adhd as well. I don’t feel I need an official diagnosis, my daughter was recently diagnosed. I had an epiphany of sorts with this realisation, which did temporarily silence my inner critic
Anyway, I shall abruptly end this msg in the same way I end real life convos
