how helpful do people find it being on this site? i'd debated with myself for ages about whether it would help me. i'm at a time in my life when i feel i HAVE to do something to get over my shyness.

it helps because your talking to people who have had loads of different experiences, so you can get advice on any aspect of it. plus its good to be part of a comunity full of people just like you.
