Trying hard not to let negative thoughts get in the way of an overall nice day. My social anxiety is pretty much nonexistent now but stupid thoughts always take over in the end. On one hand, maybe people genuinely like me. On the other, maybe they think I'm an ugly joke.

^^ I was going to type out the exact method but then remembered it only effects under half of people so anyway, I can trigger it relatively easy because I get 'reflexive sneezing'. Google it you may too. Get a quite bright light, way up high in your vision like faking when the sun is high in the sky. I didnt know why but when I used to come out of the cinema in the middle of the day I would be covering my film buddies in flumpsy snot. then I found google.

It effects 18-35 % of people, which is a strangely large range given its a percentage. I find it very handy

I assumed everybody got the same but when my brother saw me with my head down and eyes rolled up trying to trigger it from my monitor at work the conversation soon made me realise its not a standard human reaction. We are special folks !! We have that gene !!

Listening the unmastered/vinyl remaster versions of Californication The album suffered badly in the loudness wars, it was a bit of a distorted clipping mess, this sounds SO much better than the original
