How is everyone feeling? (27)

Been feeling very fragile emotionally the last few days. Thoughts of doing something to myself have been playing on my mind. The future is so hopeless and I am a waste of oxygen.

I feel similar. really upset, plus feels like i'm being teased and hit whilst I'm down today.

I'm not cut out of the right type of cloth to cope with this life. I'm not strong enough, I'm not like other people. All I can do is pretend to be OK when deep down I'm drowning. I go through the motions but it's all an act. I can't be like others.



Ah well - off to bed to sleep. Thank fuck for sleep and the escape it offers.

ah sleep, I wish. would love to just drift off but it ain't gonna happen. got an appointment at 9 in the morning, I'll be in a right state by then. urgh.

Luckily I've always been a good sleeper - even more so when I'm depressed. Even when I got put on the mental ward I still slept like a log. I know it's the opposite with some people though.

Bit late to wish you good luck for your appointment but hope it went OK anyway.

I'm off to the Jobcentre soon. Not looking forward to having to talk to the taxi drivers there and back.

My dad cleared the weeds from outside one of my neighbours gardens, like he'd told them he would. Then he put a note through their door saying it was done but not to knock on my door as I never answer it to anyone and it would scare me.
So much for me keeping my mental health issues private. :/

The taxi turned up late and made me ten minutes late for the Jobcentre. I nearly lost my signing slot but they just had a bit of a moan at me and still let me sign because I've never been late ever before.

cheers, I managed a couple of hours kip at least so that's something. I've only just got back from my 9am appointment, had to wait around to do some assessment and then the firealarm went off whilst I was half way thru it and the whole building had to be evacuated and we all got whisked off across town to wait around for ages.

Then cos they were backlogged, I had to wait another hour after I'd done just to get my bus fare. The whole experience was so depressing, least I'm home now.
