Yes, it's totally okay for you to accept one as a gift. I don't think i've ever heard of anyone refusing an advent calendar - that would make for one hell of a sad story

Of course, this gifting must occur before the end of the 1st day, which, looking at the time, means you have just over 4hrs

This morning I picked my raincoat up and it has velcro on the hood, I carried my coat in to the car. When I looked I noticed a pair of knickers were stuck to my coat, thankfully I noticed before I went in to work lol

People at work find it funny that I still have one. Me and my other half always have one each I don't think you need an excuse Other people are the strange ones for not wanting one in their lives

Haha, brilliant!

A similar thing happened to me, at work!. Was just quickly looking at my phone, and accidently played my friend's whatsapp voice message, which was also quite silly. Usually people are talking in my office, but this just had to happen when there was a quiet moment.

When someone does something nice for someone else especially when they don't expect it.
It's nice to see people putting smiles on others faces

I just chased the dog upstairs into my Dad's bedroom, where she hid under the bed. Before the chase started she grabbed a bit of tissue from the fireplace - she usually grabs for a toy - anyway, she loves tissue and tears it into tiny pieces, so i've just let her get on with things.

Looking forward to my Dad's reaction

Haha, brilliant.

My dog also loves tissue... a bit too much. If I'm out with him on a walk and he sees a tissue, he grabs it and swallows it as quick as possible. They must be quite tasty for a dog.

Letting people out of junctions, and people letting me out of junctions, give me hope for the human race.

When people trip up and then glare over their shoulder at the pavement like it was ITS fault. Never fails to raise a chuckle.
