Hello :)
Hey, my name's Fiona and I'm a 20 year old student.
I've suffered from anxiety since I can remember, and came across this site today, it's made me feel much more happy knowing I'm not the only one out there. I find it hard talking to new people especially in large groups I avoid everything and worry about things months in advance, even speaking on the phone. I usually remain quiet or just blush/shake my way through every situation, it's making my life a misery. I have close friends who I adore, and a fantastic boyfriend, I think they put it down to me just being kinda shy. I hate having to go out in public and facing strangers- it makes me nervous even thinking about it. I'm a down to earth girl, love music, zumba, heading out with friends- the usual. I'd really like to make some friends on here, who understand  Thanks x
