Hey, I'm new!

Hey, I've been intending to post here for a while and just made my first post so figured I should introduce myself.

I'm Joe, I'm 20 and I'm from Wolverhampton. I've been suffering with social anxiety for a while now and kept it secret for some time. My family ended up finding out after I received a phone call from my GP and now I'm in the process of organising treatment with the hopes of one day being able to interact with people like a normal human being. Anyway I came here to talk to some people with similar experiences for advice, help and just maybe just someone to talk to and hopefully I can help others out on the way too! I've been lurking here for a while and the people seem friendly, so hi!
