I'm still not feeling very happy. Everything feels so pointless. Especially me. And the fact I'm feeling like this is getting me down, as I know it serves no purpose other than making me feel worse.

Had a crappy morning, my NHS group therapist said I couldn't have any more therapy, as I don't fit the criteria as it's getting narrower and narrower due to cutbacks.
Then went to walk to the bus stop and a man walking past said "cheer up love it might never happen" - felt like slapping the guy! I'm upset and angry so don't want to walk around with a smile plastered on my face.
People can be so thoughtless.

Managed to get an earlier night last night in the end. Felt better for it when I got up but mid-morning I started to feel a bit light headed. Had chest pains for most of the day. I really should get a new prescription of inhalers.

Very stressed out. The responsibilities and pressures of my job are just immense and are unbearable. I'm currently hiding in the toilet trying to kill some time.

Life after uni is quite a depressing place for me.

I'm feeling a bit less negative today. Still struggling though. My mum has also just had to be picked up from work by my dad as she was feeling very faint and was struggling to stay stood up. My mum is really not the type to even admit to feeling ill, let alone agree to leave work because of it, so it's quite worrying.

Don't know, came over a bit "unwell" at work today thinking I might be sick or something (only lasted a few seconds) and haven't seemed to fully recover, not sure if it's and indigestion thing or an anxiety thing (lots of change coming for me and I'm still fed up with my job).

Sounds like an anxiety thing. Run yourself a nice hot bath and listen to Norah Jones, that always helps me.
