I find the arch too high and narrow even though I have high arches and my feet aren't wide.

Those trainers you got are very cheap for Salomon so I suspect they've been made for Sport Direct and have a more average, all round cut for people with feet of all shapes.

My Karrimor (now owned by sports direct) hiking shoe are like that and quite roomy.
Hmmm, maybe I've just got wide toes, rather than wide feet, my last trainers were Salomon x-scream which were a good step up from these in price and quality, but also fitted me fine. I do find that in general most 'fashion' styled shoes are always too narrow.

I just ordered my mum a pair of Karrimor trainers. Didn't know they were a SD brand.

^ It's an A. Bogdanov (Marxist) book (A Short Course of Economic Science). I could barely find it anywhere online.

Poor Pheys.

Is this your way of stopping him from cooking you a badly cooked bacon sarnie in bed in the morning, me wench?

Get him pissed because you've left him crumbs, so he doesn't make you a charcoal bacon sarnie that you pretend to like.

I've cancelled the order on all that shit.

I'd like those things, but don't really need em, and don't want to part with what little money I have.

Wish I had more fecking money.

Treated myself to the whole selection of Brewdogs which my local Tesco just got in

But then a fox ran in front my my car whilst driving home to me to slam the brakes, smashing 2 bottles( (It's a screen shot from the video I shot, but the video contains some fruitful language and thought it wasn't appropriate to post)

^ very nice indeed. Luckily I only lost the 5AM saint which I wasn't too fussed about since I've tried it before and didn't taste much difference between that and the punk IPA. Plus lower ABV. The dead pony is also very similar to the punk IPA but is around the 3.5-3.8 ABV range. The jet black is absolutely incredible, almost chocolaty in taste. I've been a punk IPA addict for the past year. Flavour incredible, alcohol percentage is on point. Win win.

Brewdog opened a bar/pub very close to me and have yet to experience what one is like. I hear very good things other than the pricing.

Glad there's another SAUK member who enjoys the magnificent alcoholic beverages that Brewdog produce. I'm adding you as a friend right this instant

A hardcover copy of The News: A User's Manual by Alain De Botton for £3.99 from a cheapy bookshop I quite like. I'm finding it a little bit naff so far though, as nice and eloquent as the writing is. A pretty drinks coaster it might soon be.
