I've really gotta shake myself out of the glums. I have spent 2/3 rds or more of this week in bed. Just proper pure apathetic depression/worthlessness.
Wish I could just get on with life.

I think you have pushed yourself so hard recently, we all have bad days, I hope you start to feel a bit better soon x

I'm currently overcoming a really nasty stomach bug that took affect on me on Tuesday afternoon that saw me pretty much flat on my back from then until yesterday morning.

Given I also suffer with Ulcerative Colitis just means it's made the problem worse than a simple 24/48 hour thing. I'm now dealing with a mini-flare up of that as a result of this bug.

I'm much better now than I was at the end of Tuesday, don't get me wrong. I'm at least sitting up and eating again... I should also be back to work on Monday providing I can have a relaxing weekend, but I probably won't be quite back to being 'right' probably another week at this rate.

Do you find it difficult to work when you have a bad flare up of your Ulcerative Colitis, i hope you feel better now.

I’m so sorry to hear you have been feeling this way Mo as you usually seem quite positive in your posts
You’ve been doing so remarkably well this past year and have taken some great strides towards confronting your SA. I think you’ve achieved such a lot in recent months that you should feel very proud of

It’s a difficult time of year for many folk here I think and the gloomy weather certainly doesn’t help. Tortoises have got it just about right I think - opting to spend half the year asleep!

I’m sure this difficult time will soon pass Take care Mo x

Thanks Muggins and Newbs.

I think i just feel a bit stuck and isolated at the minute and angry at myself for ending up this way with sa.
It's hard when you have no immediate family left and just feel hugely alone in the world. Christmas for me will probably just be another normal day stuck in the house.

@Muggins - aye it would be nice to be a tortoise me thinks

You've had a really tough year and I hope Christmas will go fine for you even if its something nice to eat or you find something good to watch.
This forum is still open that day as always so I'm sure there will be some of us on posting that day to chat to and everybody is here for each other and you're very well liked on here too you know xo
I feel a bit silly saying that to you as you are Co-Admin who was here before me so obviously you know its open always.
And I'm merely a forum user but you know what I mean xxx
Aww Thanks Purlesnarf x
Think i'm just over reflecting on stuff. Yeah I expect I'll be loitering on here over xmas a bit.

Thanks Always.
Lol I can always manage to treat myself to food and films!

Anxious about the weight that I have gained. It is putting me off seeing people I haven't seen for a while because they will notice and I haven't got anything nice to wear.

^ if they are worth seeing they won't care and will be happy to see you if not screw em. Lol

Pretty crappy on all fronts. The endurance contest that is my sleeping pattern is making my body cramp and generally feels as if I've been beaten from head to toe. And needless to say my moods are low and I have no interest in anything really. Merry Christmas again eh?

Edit: just realised this is the thirty and up! Imagine my embarrassment...I do declare, sorry y'all.
