Hi,
Nice to meet you all and its good to be here.

A bit about myself. Im a 43 year old male and been battling with this hellish condition for 35 years. Unfortunately I am still trying to find an effective way to overcome the distress this causes me everyday of my life and everytime im around other people. Ive tried counselling and cbt which havnt helped me although I can see how cbt could work for alot of people.

Im hoping talking about this with other sufferers and maybe meeting you will help me come to terms with it more and teach me some new skills and strategies.

Oh well heres hoping !
