how do i set a prefered default page for internet explorer? yahoo pops up and it takes f******g ages, its so lame. i want google.

I think Firefox 3 is far better than 2 (in speed and functionality), and infinitely better than IE.

On the mac the look of firefox 3 is awful, but I found a good theme that copies the XP look so I'm fairly happy.

LOL, well you've overlooked the major disadvantage of I.E. that it awful standards support, is full of memory leaks and is generally makes the lives of web developers everywhere hell.

PLEASE tell me you're not using I.E 6?
