Words of Motivation
Raaaaaaaah, i've got a huge uni project and tonnes of work to do by mid-september and i just haven't got the motivation! Really making me dispair.
Has anybody got any motivational words/sentences to get me (and anybody else that needs it) going?! |

Re: Words of Motivation
Couldn't find any words but can empathise.
Got research project due in Sept which my tutor already thinks I'm well behind with. I've had a free day to be getting on with it, as well as a few other bits I need to do and guess what I've done? N O T H I N G which is sooooo S T O O P I D. I have terrible procrastination problems which I think are mainly about anxious avoidance or some might say I'm just lazy but that doesn't make me feel very good. Other people can do their work so why can't I? Well I still have a few hours left to do something I guess but I'm working tomorrow so I need to put aside sometime to prepare (anxiety wise) for that. Anyway, sorry that's probably not very motivational at all!!! |

Re: Words of Motivation
Wish I knew the answer, I have terrible problems with procrastination myself.
The only thing I find that helps is to set a time limit of 15 minutes a day to do the thing that needs to be done, that way I can usually do it eventually. |
