Oh really sorry to read that you've cut yourself. Is cutting your form of coping mechanism when you're depressed? I used to know someone who self harmed as a release. It always worried me that she's cut too deep one day. I can't emphasise with the cutting but I used to suffer with OCD pretty bad which I used as a coping mechanism when I was very anxious/depressed. Also can understand that feeling of self hatred and wanting to hurt yourself. It's really not a nice place to be in so I hope you learn a way to break free of it. I'm sorry i'm not very good at finding words to help in threads like this but I really hope you're ok
