pissed off the delivery driver was so rude to me it's hard talking to people at the best of times don't see why i should have to justify where i live, yeah i live down a private lane but telling me in an angry way that if it had been raining i wouldn't get my items if it was up to him isn't helpful. When i get anxious i get angry and i didn't handle his hostility well at all =(

Strange. I've been so down and apatheitc recently and anxious this morning but now I'm better even if temporarily. Not 'happy' but something in between that and apathy. Good chance of me getting a job (and to think I almost didn't even try with that one out of anxiety, but I'll have to wear their uniform at some point and they might react badly to my scars). On top of that the interview that I didn't called back on, I've decided probably she meant this coming sunday/monday, I think I've got a good chance of getting. If I get both there's also a good chance of them fitting somewhat hap-hazardly together, sort of, so I could have two jobs next week, I could still possibly have none but ah well. Hopeful for the immediate future.

Dont take it personally endo, hes the one with the problem, I doubt very much if it had anything to do with you. He probably treats most people like that. What a sad tw*t, only Losers act like that.

There are unfortunately a lot of angry/stressed people out there. He is probably on a strict deadline or having a bad day and it wont be personal at all. There is absolutely no excuse for the way he acted though. Or he may just be an a**hole. Plenty of those about.

not too bad. played tennis for the first time in a while, wasn't at all in the mood but it was actually quite nice to get outside and do something. After one long rally I was suddenly proper knackered and could barely move after that which brought home how terribly out of shape i've become, and ppl were watching towards the end which made me uncomfortable, but it was still good.

My brain has been hurting in general, it feels like it's gonna explode and then eventually I calm down, in cycles but it's tiring me out. I'm worried it's gonna proper go at some point and do me some serious damage.

I've been struggling to say anything today as I find this SO difficult, but I'd just like to say that I greatly appreciate the support I received yesterday. It was very humbling and I didn't expect it. I'd like to add, though, that I didn't mean to make anyone worry about me. I was despairing, and not thinking clearly at all. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have done anything. I was crying out for help and needed to vent about everything. It'll take a lot more than this shit to get rid of me.

I will eventually reply to the PMs I received. I just need to let things settle a bit first before that. I hope those who sent them understand.
