@ Erm..yeah. Cheers. Bread wise I'm debating whether to invest in some flour (I have yeast and can make it) or pop to the co-op at certain times at night to get the reduced stuff. Prob both actually. And a lump of cheese. yep it's grim, will be getting the penny jar out and putting whatevers in it through the self-service at sainsburys too at some point.
Band stuff. I wouldn't get this excited about seeing a woman.

I know you haven't asked for food suggestions but I can't help offering some suggestions.

Lentil curry with a bit of homemade bread will make a damn good meal. If you've already got some some cumin, curry powder and tumeric in the cupboards all you'll need is an onion and some frozen veg.

No worries, cheers. Funnily enough I was just checking all my cupboards to see exactly what I have left, and was pleasantly surprised that there was about a kilo of red lentils hiding up top among plastic bags and stuff. And yeah we're well stocked for herbs and spices so that won't be a problem. Onion I can buy, might see if my flatmate lets me have some of his frozen veg (he lives off frozen food so there should be loads) and I'll be good to go.

Seriously depressed. I don't normally cry but I've been in tears many times the last few days and think I may need some antidepressants.

I know that first appointment is hard man but you'll feel better once it's over and you're getting some help. Take it easy.

Good for you. I'd take 'ok' right now.

Feel a bit more positive right now. Just made plans to try something productive tomorrow with one of my friends. We are going to go busking in a nearby town, nervous, never done it before and due to a lack of license, may get arrested, but its something I'm looking forward to.

Reflective.

I've not boozed for over ... i don't know, i've stopped count. It's been over a month easily. I don't feel like it anymore. I think i've finally broken the vicious cycle that i was in. I can honestly say that since the xmas/new year period, i can count the number of times i've drunk on one hand.

I also think, once again, that i can give this 'getting a job' thing another bash, having just come back from my first jsa adviser appointment. I completely breezed it and also mentioned my anxiety condition in a non 'i'm really poorly.. please, go easy' kinda way. She gave me her email and contact number ("i don't normally do this") if something comes up that i need to talk about.

Pretty happy.... with a dollop of reserve, ofc.

How nervous and tense in the face going through town. Serves me right for hibernating from thursday.

At the internet cafe waiting for a 4 oclock appointment. Feeling more chilled.

Pretty good, just tired. Overwhelmed by kindness and compliments from strangers over the past week or so. I need to stop assuming that everyone's a bastard.
