Default Boring and basic.

All I want to do is watch movies, sports and read.

If I could afford to look after them I'd have a pet or two too.

I hav'nt got an outgoing bone in my body.

I have no interest in socializing in the slightest.

I don't want to swim with dophins  travel the world, meet new people, party etc etc etc.

I won't enjoy any of those thing's and everything would be forced and false.

I am boring and basic.

If I was rich I would buy myself a house or a flat, find myself a woman, and I would never bother going anywhere ever again unless it was an emergency.

I have very limited and basic interests and cannot change this.

Everything is meh.

I know the combo of anxiety and depression makes this worse but I've been like this for so long, and I've always been like this to a certain extenct anyway.

I'm just naturally a boring old fart way before my time.

I really have no idea what I could do to get my juices flowing.

but are you content with being that way? Is it just others expectations that make you feel you should be doing this and that?

I don't agree with that statement. As I think if you wanted to and had the determination you could change it, but that doesn't mean you have to if you are content then there isn't any need to.

It sounds like you're almost in the perfect place, Frustation. You have all the interests you need and you don't feel as though you are missing out on anything. All you need now is somebody to share it with.

I'm not content being this way but dont have the desire to change either because nothing inspires me.

Plus I have an health issue which restrict's mobility anyway.

Actually its my heath issues that bothers' me the most.

I'd probably force myself to do thing's if it was'nt for this.

I think I created this thread because there seems to be a lot of people with real interests and motivation, and I have none.

I wonder how many people would be happy to know someone with mobility problems and extreme avoidance problems too?

I'm pretty much stuck indoors and I'll probabaly be like this forever.

I dont know why I created this thread tbh.

I feel like I've missed out on everything but when you've lived like this for so long part of you get's used to it.

I think anyone who spent time with me would be bored to tears in no time.

I feel like I've become lost in all this but never really found myself to begin with anyway.

I'm just a benefit dependant, brainwashed monkey living in a cage.

I don't know why I created this thread because health issues hold me back anyway.

I'm restricted mentally and physically and would be extremely hard work and tiresome to live with.

Where abouts are you from? Do you have a support worker who visits you at all on account of your mobility and mental health problems?

I'm from the midlands.

I'm fine and I'm not completely isolated.

I do have family who help me.

My health issue is not life threatening and I can move about and do thing's but there is a price to pay for that.

The more mobile I am the worse it will get.

There's no point talking about it actually.

I'm just wondering if there's anyone else here who could tolerate a boring fecker like me tbh.

I have enough trouble tolerating myself.

I need to find a better place to live and start inviting people round.

Maybe have movie meets or something at my place.

It's a shame you're so far away. I would like to have met up some time, movies and sport are in my top 5! Hang in there bud.

I really feel the same as you on a lot of your points, Frustration!

My Dr said a lot of my problems would go away if he could prescribe for me a woman. Yours probably would too. I'd like to share my life (such as it is) with a woman, but I don't think they're that keen on sharing boredom.

Travel is very popular but it just doesn't do anything for me. Now, I can understand why people like it, but it doesn't have that effect on me. It's the same as with a lot of things people like, unfortunately.

I tried a few social things when I was younger but hated it when people would try to get closer to me. I would answer the phone and give people one-word answers and no kind of chat at all, so they wouldn't ring again. And people would turn up at the door and I wouldn't go out with them, or I wouldn't let them in. So I keep to myself these days.
