15st 13

I've been trying to cut sugar out of my diet this year. It's working.

The weight loss is going very well. I'm sort of freaking out at how well it's going. Every time I have a bad day I expect to have put on a stone. I've lost it slowly though and I appear to be keeping it up so fingers crossed.
Do you feel better?

^ I do, yeah, thanks Newbs. Still have quite a way to go (I'm very short so it's still really heavy for me) but I have noticed that I'm a bit more energetic and feeling a bit happier. I have to keep reminding myself it's ok if I "mess up" one day as usually if I eat too much one day I completely give up.

^^ That's some great progress, keep it up

In the last fortnight, I've had a Chinese takeaway, a takeaway pizza, and about half a birthday cake, not counting the usual treats, and my scales are telling me I've still not breached 10 stone. I don't understand my scales, or my body, or anything for that matter. I'm hoping I don't start treating it as a go-ahead to eat non-stop shite again.

^^ Water weight can fluctuate up to half stone in either direction, that's why the average is so important

^ Good stuff Try and switch to a diet drink and that'll be 870 calories saved a day

We actually added up my total calorie intake per day on average. 11,000 Calories per day. So it's no real surprise as to why I've put on so much weight in the past two years. That's not when I've been down and binged either, My binge days are ALOT worse
Are you sure that's correct, that's a lot of food.

wonder if I should dare weigh myself. Office job sitting on my ass all day, only positive having to haul groceries and walk to bus stops.
