I'm torn between getting a fast but understated car (Octavia VRS/A3 Sportback) or a cheap to run one. The former would be kinda fun but might end up costing too much to maintain, the latter I'd want LPG (perhaps one I get converted). Normal is not my thing It's a shame electric isn't viable for me atm, I really want one

I can chip in and say my 1.8 Leon FR is quite fun/nippy (I mean its just a golf/a3 anyway) These VAG cars are all the bleeding same

so far its cost me nothing in a year although I did have a worrying day or two when the dsg box decided it didnt like downshifting (conveniently right before its MOT) It seemed to go away though, perhaps it was just having a bit of a paddy

^^^^ I don't like it TBH, I mean there appear to be almost no physical controls except the oddly-shaped steering wheel and presumably pedals, so if I want to say turn the lights on or the heating up, do I have to look down at the screen and take my eyes off the road?

I have taken my little fur hound for two little walks today. Just a few yards up the road. She's got a really good harness that we just normally use when we take her camping, but it's great as when she wobbles I can keep her secure and hold her up. I think she is improving

I just say 'wee' a lot as a I walk...that's not even funny, oh well lol
