Feeling good. Life is good. I have plans, I have a friend and with that a social life. It still scares me the thought of socialising but it is getting a bit easier. Amazing what CBT has done for me.

A bit silly. I spoke to someone in the supermarket because I thought they had spoken to me... but they hadn't. It was quite embarrassing!

Other than that, I'm feeling quite pleased with my new hair do. I have crazy, curly hair that I never have time to style. But today it's been cut, coloured and straightened and I feel very glamorous. For today at least.

I'm a little nervous about how this medication is going to affect me. There's no way of knowing right now if the side effects will be bad.

Fluoxetine, this is only the second day so I don't feel anything different yet. There's apparently a good possibility of bad side effects for the first week or so, which I just have to deal with until they go away.

I'm beginning to think my local chinese has closed. The last two times I've tried to ring an order through, no answer. I opted for Domino's instead, and they left out my ice-cream!

Same here. I felt much better earlier in the year when I was only working 8 hours a day in an easy job but the money was crap and I was always skint. Now I'm working 12 hour days in a harder job but the money is the most I've ever been earning. I can't win.

Oh no! Gutted! Both about the Chinese closing and Dominos leaving your ice cream out! I do love a Dominos. Although, we are actually having Chinese because our local Dominos wouldn't take our delivery order tonight ... because they were just too busy. But I'm not complaining. These duck spring rolls are pretty good.

I wanted duck spring rolls and my local chinese (who won't answer my calls ) only do vegetable ones. I used to order pizza hut but when I try to order online it always says there's a problem with the order It's like all my local takeaway places are turning against me!
