i have my first IAPT interview thingy tomorrow. i am not exactly scared, just getting back to my usual feeling like i am not worthy of receiving help. i feel like i will just be wasting the counsellor's time and my own. that feeling is why i have never bothered to seek therapy/meds, i feel like i'm not worthy or i'm not 'bad' enough or w/e.

does anyone else tend to feel that way? idk.

Pretty shitty.

I've been struggling to do my job properly for the past few weeks cos of all sorts of stuff. Haven't really had a chance to take a day off and everything I have failed to do is coming back to bite me. Clients are pissed off, work colleagues getting more pissed off. Need to have a good few days to get back on track and get rid of this horrible anxiety at work.

Feeling pretty crappy.

I have had a week off work and now I am back to the usual grind. A certain person at work keeps trying to bait me to react. Feel like I'm getting ridiculed with no one on my side. Even worse when my supervisor laughs as well. I don't want to react and say something I am going to regret.

I might have ruined a potential relationship and friendship by being closed off and to scared to be with someone again. I care what people think about it to much. (Long distance, met online) which makes me feel like a loser, even more so that it's affecting how I feel about it. Without her in my life or her being distant from me, I will lose something that is rare, someone who likes me for who I am. I am such an idiot who seems to hurt others who truly care.

i had insane heart palpitations on saturday night, its the most freaked out ive ever been in my life. have had MASSIVE anxiety attacks before but this was just something else completely, i actually thought i was having a heart attack. up the hospital on the heart monitor and everything. they have no clue what it was. really need to have that not happen again : /

^^^I will be honest, I don't envy you. Although, I have yet to meet anyone who looks forward to them. Why don't you just try a devil may care attitude? Maybe, in your head, try and use it as practice. Take the pressure of yourself. Sell yourself the way that you would want them to sell themselves to you if things were opposite.

Wow, that must have been scary. There must be some reason it happened. If they don't know, all you can do is keep and eye on yourself and get to the hospital straight away if it ever happens again.

The only thing blaring in my work is the sound of the 2 guys next door talking sh!t through these amazingly paper thin walls. If I ever leave/get fired from here I am gonna treat myself to bursting through the wall incredible hulk style and roaring.

Should invest in some of the massive hulk hands that fit over your own, wear green and paint your face green, burst through, roar and cuff one in the ear then run off giggling.

yeah i'm paranoid now too man, my stomach isnt right and when my stomach starts getting upset my heart is beating faster and i start getting paranoid...O_o finding it hard to sleep with this sort of thing happening, i keep getting all worked up and then i have to get up and try and do s9omething to take my mind off it.

were you having a panic attack? cos my thing, i wasnt even feeling anxious about anything, it was a physical thing. lol i did become anxious tho when my heart started racing out of control, but only about that!

sitting in the hospital on the heart machine i couldnt help thinking how many people would be out that night taking all sorts of crazy drug combos and stuff and i ended up in hospital from doing nothing : /

hope your job interview goes ok man, just get through it and dont worry beyond that

annoyed i have lost my work ID which is the worst photo ever, and im worried someone at work might find it and see how awful i look on the photo and show everyone. I hate losing things have looked everywhere just wish i was more photogenic and didnt have this problem
