More of a 'it's taken a while' achievement but I've had a lot of anxiety to do with driving but I've conquered quite a few driving fears recently & I'm pretty proud of myself

Good stuff! My driving fears keep coming back when I haven't been driving for a while which sucks!

Few days ago met a cousin that I didn't know lived in England. She didn't know as well. It was easy to speak to her. She was introverted like me. She seemed to lack confidence and downplay herself. I thought she was smart.

^ Nice. Have you made plans to meet again?

I had a good adventure with my niece and nephew.

I went into aldi today, first time ever. It was difficult but I got through it (with my mum) and hope to make it a weekly exposure thing.

Well done Dimples, did you buy anything nice? This is a great achievement even more so with the way things are the moment.

^ That sounds brilliant, Kooky; try not to worry too much about Covid, as long as you take all the usual precautions, you'll be fine - and if you don't start until next March, things may be different by then (although the way things are going, I doubt it).

Technically not today but I got offered a new job on Saturday. I'd been feeling really low for the last couple of months but this has given me a new purpose. It's a lot more money going from a Sainsburys bakery to an artisan one as well and I get to do more hands on and interesting stuff (not that I haven't enjoyed my time at Sainsburys, they probably saved my life in all honesty and I'll always be thankful to the people there).

Well done to everyone above

I've been doing extra training for my job & today had to do my first conference call, I was so so nervous beforehand. But it actually went really well & I'm happy I chose to do this added role

This would probably sound weird to most people. I’m weird like that. But wrapping my exercise book with no air bubbles. I haven’t laminated a book for 10+ years. Saw a tutorial using a ruler but found using my fingers more effective. It did take some time though. There are slight gaps at certain corners though, so not perfect.
