Paul Mckenna Instant Confidence
Just wondering if anyone has tried this and knows if it works at all? seems pretty well rated on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Instant-Conf...2&sr=8-3-spell. Or if not are there other good self help books which people have found useful?
Thanks |

Re: Paul Mckenna Instant Confidence
Coincidence - I was going to start a thread on this! I've been using the book for the last couple of years and it's played a significant role in my ongoing recovery from SA. It comes with a "mind programming" CD which I've found to be VERY effective. I sometimes listen to it just before going to work and it boosts my confidence A LOT. Definitely recommended!

Re: Paul Mckenna Instant Confidence
I have this book somewhere. It didn't really work for me but I guess at the time I was reading it I wasn't as willing for it to work as I am now and I gave up easily. I may fish it out and have another go. I used to listen to the CD every night aswell but it didn't seem to have any effect on me.

I used to listen to this cd every night aswell but it didnt have lasting benefits.
It does make you feel good for a while afterwards but that can be put down to the relaxing state you go into. In the end it started getting on my nerves listening to it |

Re: Paul Mckenna Instant Confidence
Confidence comes from within, you build it up by facing your fears little by little, gradually the fear lessens and the confidence builds.
