Hello Everyone After a week of stalking this site and it's members, I have finally plucked up the courage to introduce myself. I am 47 years old and have suffered with SA since I was 10. A self-diagnosis, subsequently followed by a professional one 7 years ago seemed like the holy grail, it wasn't.
Anyway after counselling, CBT, past and current medication, I find myself here, hoping to gain and maybe even impart some advice and info.

Hi MissKitty, Thanks so much for replying. You don't know how much that means to as my anxiety had kicked in wondering why no one had said hello. Was it the weird name I chose ? Maybe the fact I chose to write it in capital letters? ( only noticed that I seemed to be the only one who had done that after I posted) Did I come across as desperate?
Anyway those thoughts just go on and on but I'm almost certain most people on here can relate to that.

What happens is that, sometimes threads get missed, not on purpose though.

Once MissKitty 'bumped' the thread, it went right to the top again, and after that you got loads of replies.

Dinnae worry aboot stuff that is not important. Personally I like your username, but it's your account, and you are entitled to change it, if you wanted.
