Hey all,

I'm glad to say my panic and anxiety has improved a lot over the last couple of years but i still get flustered at times. So, i hope i can get some advice and hopefully help others too if possible.

@Cynic alright mate. I'd rather not give out where i live exactly tbh, but i will say i know walton. I used to live there about 10 years ago. Right by the jail infact!
