I've just joined sauk and look forward to exchanging ideas as well as getting and giving support and/or advice. I had a look around briefly b4 registering and it looks to be a friendly place.

I have problems in social situations but the social anxiety comes under a rather large umbrella which also includes agoraphobia and monophobia. I'm really hoping that sharing thoughts and ideas with others proves helpful.
