It beamed back the first images last night. It's un ****ing believable that we can do this!!. Just 200 years ago we lit our homes with candles and got around on wooden carts pulled by horses. Even the idea of flying across the Atlantic was mind-blowing. Now, we can build a little machine, fire it across space, land it on another planet AND beam back photos of that planet. Staggering. What will we achieve 200 years from now

Also, isn't it astonishing that we can do this, yet when it comes to healing the body and mind we are useless! We can land a machine on Mars, but we can't cure Hayfever or depression, let alone cancer and Alzheimers.

I dunno.
I kind of think we should leave other planets alone.
Humans always have to mess with things and stick our noses in. I don't know what the point is. If theres some important element on it that can cure disease etc then fair enough but as far as i can see, its just a planet , nothing more.
Lets just concentrate on our own planet and getting stuff sorted HERE .
It's 140 million miles away, I'm sorry I don't give a sh*t

Sorry for ranting =/

Is Terence Stamp still sitting there?
I think Val Kilmer left him behind
