It's just because I'm due my period and I shouldn't think about the future apparently. Instead I should concentrate on the here and now WHICH IS THE ****ING PROBLEM! Forget stuff ever getting better, focus on why now is ****ing shit. Helpful. Thanks.

Had enough, feel like I'm going back there again and I promised myself I wouldn't go through that again. I feel so trapped. Can't see a way out. Should think about the things I can change apparently and at the moment I can only see one thing that would make a big change.

The lack of any friends is really getting to me at the moment. No one I can discuss issues with, no one that cares. Can't even make/maintain friendships online.

It's hard making friends here.

I have times when I'm happy in my own world, and during those times I don't want anything bringing me down, so it's hard to talk to people who have mental health issues.

There's times when I don't want to be supportive and listen to someone else's problems.

At the end of the day no one wants to be on here and we all want to be in hassle free, easy going, fun friendships and relationships.

It's bloody hard.

Some times I'm happy being alone, sometimes I'm sick to death of it.

I can honestly say that I haven't enjoyed being social with a mate for 18 years, and I haven't hung out with one of my old mates for 14 years.

Completely lost touch with everyone, but most of them I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire anyway. They're all dead to me.

Never had a relationship either btw.

It just sucks being like this.

I think I'll be off the weekend or the start of next week.

A walk through the Beddgelert forest with a bit of camping, then a walk up the Rhyd-ddu path up Snowdon with a bit of camping before I get to the ridge.

Might take one of the other paths down and do some camping at a lake or two.

I don't want to plan it too much. I'll have a look what the terrain and weathers like and just look for areas that look like good camping spots.

I've got a few quid so I'm sort of just going to see where I end up.

I never planned to end up in bloody, Gosforth, Whitehaven or Carlise last time so I'm not too worried about where I end up this time.

Just as long as I've got food, water, shelter and a few quid I'll be sorted.

Just got to make sure I don't end up in some chavy welsh town or village. lol
