Question for techy people
Why is it earlier when i tried playing some music via headphones on my sony ericson k850i phone the music played through my laptop even though the two aren't connected by any wires
Sat here with head phones on and music coming out my laptop i was not impressed. Although not as bad as my logitech pc speakers if i turn the computer off and they're still on they pick up some russian radio station. Technology sucks |

[QUOTE=BFG;596957]yeah i reckon its blue tooth but why would my phone send the music to my laptop?
/QUOTE] I don't have one of these new fangled MP3 playing phones, but I'm assuming you had to install some software on your laptop so you could transfer MP3s over to the phone? It probably also automatically sets up a bluetooth partnership by default if it's available on the laptop - the assumption the programmers would make is that your laptop is connected to better speakers, or if you're near it you want to listen to music through it. A lot of laptops have a button/switch to toggle bluetooth, so you should be able to switch it off on your laptop before playing music through your phone if you're using both at once. |
