Can anyone recommend a good multi region dvd player?

I'm mainly after one that does region 1. I looked at my existing one as you can make some multi region using a code but mine doesnt. I thought most of the new ones are multi region but it seems they arnt.

I used a code like you say from some dvd player that ma sister brought home from Iraq.

am no sure why you would want a region 1 dvd player though!

Thx, ill probably try and buy in uk if possible though.

Theres certain dvds that arnt released in UK or are much more expensive here.

I think i got a cheap one from argos for 10-15 pound years ago so they're pretty cheap just look online for ones that are easily unlockable, mine was.

That is what seems to be confusing me. The official line on amazon says they only sell dvd players that play region 2, then in the comments for the dvd it has people saying it multi regions.
