Fantastic achievements, Lettie.

I attended a mental health peer support group in my area today. It was daunting but I managed to have some conversation with a couple of people with some awkward moments. Everyone else in the group spoke about their experiences and I started feeling bad as the end of the session neared because I hadn't said a word. It was interesting to listen to other people sharing their experiences. I'm glad I went and I'll try to pluck up the courage to speak in the next session.

^ You are gonna keep me guessing arent you

Isn't it a VW 16v engine ? I assumed from a GTI is that wrong ? A golf though right ? Golfs are great first cars, even the heavy later ones are still great to learn in.

So golf mk4 16v ? In, cream or yellow I suspect ? Manual I assume.

Still, that insurance you quoted is cheap for a 16v.
I had a golf mk2 once, a nice easy drive and reasonably solid too.

Nicely done

Do you have somebody who would help you learn or is it going to be driving instructors ?

Yus If it was yellow I could just say something about it being an Inbetweeners thing, I mean I go to Thorpe Park enough

Insurance worked out as £49 a month And that's with breakdown and legal cover etc., I kept going back to make sure I hadn't entered in the wrong info Tax was £220 for the year

Yeah got family who can teach It's all rather scary I'll take some lessons near when I'm ready to do the test

Well done everyone!

My bouldering partner has been really busy lately and has been putting off going all week. I went on my own yesterday even though doing stuff like that alone makes me really anxious and self conscious! My bouldering partner even said she was proud of me for going alone, which made me feel great! Little words from people can make all the difference sometimes

Completed my first day of my apprenticeship job

All right, so I've been volunteering there for months already one day a week, so it's not exactly a terrifying new place, but the apprenticeship (in health and social care) is such a massive step in the right direction for me

I've been at my current job for 9 weeks and have decided to stay but look for other work in the meantime. I applied for a few jobs last night and received an email this morning to go for an interview and that there were other possible interviews lined up.
