I remember being told that a ghost was visible in Three Men and a Baby, but never checked it out. I'd not heard of the munchkin, to be honest.

I heard about that too, but apparently when you watch the movie over there is a cardboard picture of a kid in the back ground because ted danson is an actor in three men and a baby?
