Products that say they are "brewed/made/cooked with passion/love" are a bit weird.

^ Sounds like when a chef has been pissed off by a customer and adds some "special ingredients".

^ "hand-made" is used on all sorts of things these days, just because a human clicked start on the assembly line control panel.
and "artisan", the fudge does that mean? Other than expensive. Artisan bread? Expensive bread for hipsters, more like.

In general I hate the trend for over-familiar speech in advertising and product design, like Pret or mobile phone companies or quirky smoothie manufacturers with twee cutesy slogans about loveliness.

Between 1 - 6am sauk should go with a darker background, it's awfully sobering otherwise.

Watching an old episode of Top Gear and thinking how bloody lucky Clarkson, Hammond and May were to get paid for being overgrown children.

I have more chance of getting him to the moon than getting him to go to pride lol
It's a bit of a shame really as I have this daft wish to go on the parade arm in arm with a boyfriend - maybe even having a snog too, but alas it ain't gonna happen

I'm so sick of not being able to have a drunken night without hating myself for weeks after.

I wish I could pet sparrows!! Watching them in the bird bath is hilarious, there are five or six of them just flailing about looking as happy as can be! Wildlife/animals just make me happy, we're looking at rescuing another dog soon and I can't wait. A) to give a dog a home that needs one and B) I find not having mine any more makes me feel sad and more lonely quite often so for selfish reasons and mental health reasons it'll be great to have one again.

^^ Yeah, gonna be on my mind for a long time this one! Everyone goes on about what a laugh they had but I'm sitting here cringing at every little thing I said and did This is why I don't do anything.

^ Do you regularly analyse and pick apart the things you say and do? I'm quite forgiving of myself usually, but 'going out' would be quite intense - i haven't done that sort of thing for years, i'd be quite self-conscious and probably wouldn't enjoy it.

How exactly did the night pan out? Pubs/bars then a club?

Oh yes, I'm bad enough when sober This time I was already in full analysis mode before I'd even gone to bed.

I don't want to go into details due to paranoia, but it was a gathering with lots of drinks. Apparently I did nothing crazy, but my brain doesn't care.

Yeah, i can't really relate - even when i've had something 'go wrong' or have actually embarrassed myself i won't dwell on it too long. I know these thoughts probably can't be helped though. How would you feel if you had done something crazy?

How do you end a conversation on Facebook etc. when you're not actually going anywhere but don't know what to say? Just stop talking?

Surely acne should be behind me now, I'm 40 (although I didn't get much as a teeenager so maybe things are just balancing out).

At the time? Probably got so drunk I couldn't talk, probably get knocked out for bumping into someone After, it'd keep me awake for months, or a year like when I almost got into a fight (or rather someone almost hit me because I was so clumsy).

Anyway, I've been assured again that I didn't do anything, no-one said anything about me. So my mind has now shifted to the people who were staring at me Fun fun fun

I read an article once about a male model preparing to shoot a magazine cover. Starvation, dehydration, no energy, feeling like shit, in truth, seriously unhealthy and actually rather dangerous. If a guy in that state attempted the admittedly modest run im about to do i imagine they could actually die.

Not a single human being has ever looked like that before the age of steroids
