This is interesting. Something that I'm particularly interested is the NHS's approach to supporting people with their mental health and how it seems to follow select models, rather than tailoring the therapeutic approaches to people's individual needs.

It's like using one type of screw driver for all sorts of different screws and not changing it to fit the screw.

(I have no idea why DIY metaphors are coming to me.)
