jinny - With such a loving family, she's got the best environment to pull through. It's good that you can focus on her now that's it's the school break, and hopefully you can get some rest too. My thoughts are with you.

^^ Great that she's eaten something. If you feel the need to eat some too for your health, do it. Like Mo says, you need to look after yourself too.

^^^ Humans are vermin and unfortunately we don't live in a country that promotes responsibility, so people are free to act as they please. I would love to get my hands on this country and fix it.

Sleepy. Was gonna go to Brighton this s'morning to sort out this bank thing. Ended up sleeping in till 10.15 am. Did some housework made some homemade red pepper and courgette soup, had lunch and ended up having to go back to bed, been snoozing ever since. And still feel sleepy. It's absurd, think i'm gonna have to see the doctor . It's possibly the ant d's I guess.

I've got toothache for the first time ever . Not sure what to do - guess I have to make an appointment with the dentist on Monday. I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist, so here's hoping the problem goes away with me being run over or something else instead.
It's a The Little Prince tattoo, similar to this:

Toothache is the worst, I hope it pisses off soon. My filling fell out a few days ago and I'm dreading the inevitable blinding pain (she says whilst munching Maltesers). I absolutely hate the dentist too.

Rough.

The whiskey hangover has done a number on me again and i got a poor nights sleep (same as last weekend). I kept jolting awake just as i was about to fall asleep, each time with a spike of anxiety and paranoia. Fun times. I remember going through this sort of thing years ago when my anxiety was rampant.

There's only a small amount left in the bottle so i'll be fine next weekend - must remember to tell my mum not to buy whiskey for me again

I'm glad to be home. Did volunteering, which was fun for a change. Playing with giant Lego and a few kids. Then drove off to this employment support place - naturally the guy I need to see wasn't there. But had a chat with someone else and it seems alright. Then drove off to CAB which got my anxiety up. Which was daft cause the guy was lovely. He's never come across my weird situation either. So I have to go back in November and see someone senior. In the mean time I need to do some detective work. Try and access bank account records of this odd account and get info from my mother's old care home. It's a bit of a SA nightmare. Thank God I didn't go to the bank in Brighton on Sat after all and waited to speak with the CAB.

Yes and no. I'm not feeling the effects of the hangover no more and should get to sleep as normal tonight. And no, because i invited family over for dinner..... enough said about that

You sound busy, Mo - glass of wine tonight, is it?

I feel 'stuck in' really quickly if I don't leave the house regularly and also start to get anxious about it and agoraphobic. I feel for anyone who is stuck at home with not much routine. It's hard to stop going all mouldy and fat.
Unusually!

I get agoraphobic quite quickly too, so I know how you feel

Hopefully you'll get back to your normal routine soon.

Ahh I see!

Haha I wish! But nah wine disrupts my sleep and my mood and all sorts. So If I do which isn't often these days then I keep it to the weekend. I'm getting too old for wine hangovers!

Yeah, i rarely drink unless i have nothing planned for the following day (hence why i drink Saturdays). My hangovers aren't so bad these days, which falls in line with my not suffering anxiety as much no more. I did go overboard this weekend - i'd had 5 beers before starting on the whiskey. Usually 6 beers is all i care to drink (and not whiskey!).

A bit shite. I ran out of my medication yesterday and the withdrawals were so bad I had to take the day off college - first day back after the October holidays. I really rely on routine (as well as strong antidepressants, apparently) to stay mentally balanced and it's thrown me right off. I'm panicking I've missed stuff, and I just spent the past hour meticulously labelling everything my son takes to school with him (stopping short of his pants) in an attempt to feel in control again.
I also have spreadsheets tomorrow. I can't deal with spreadsheets. Every time I open up Excel I feel like a six year old trying to make sense of Shakespeare.
