Old school things
I have finally forced myself to go through some of my accumulated junk and have found a load of old school books and my art folders etc.
I don't really know what to do with them, obviously they aren't any real use to me as an adult, the artwork is interesting to look back at but again is no use, I just can't bring myself to throw it away. So, do any other SAUKers still have stuff from your school days? Am I odd for hanging on to this stuff for 17+ years? |

Re: Old school things
I kept a lot of old school books and folders and stuff for years and never looked at them. Then about 5 years ago I chucked the whole lot out and haven't thought about them since.

Yes I still have artwork and things from when I was at school, I think it is interesting to look at every so often and nice to keep!

Re: Old school things
I kept everything I could from primary school, it's interesting to look through. Recently found all my secondary school stuff when we cleared out the garage, I disposed of the lot

Re: Old school things
No, I throw stuff away. I don't attach feelings to objects, so have no issues binning stuff.
My main issue is things with monetary value as I can't be bothered to sell, but feel the bin would be waste and don't have anybody to give them to. |

Re: Old school things
If I found anything I created at school I would have to burn it to make sure nobody ever saw it!
