I got some from my GP to relieve painful muscle spasms in my lower back & legs that could occur at night in bed,..

I've only had to take one on 2 occassions and wouldn't take them casually but you do nod off delightfully and you wake up the next morning in a very relaxed state having slept the whole night through,. something that's usually very rare for me.

My local GPs are *****rs and won't prescribe anything like that. They won't even give me sleeping pills (which don't work anyway- it's the anxiety that's the problem). I have tried to buy stuff like diazepam online, but have yet to find a site I trust (if anyone else has bought diazepam online, any recommendations would be appreciated)
