staying in the moment
I'm always going inwards without realising thinking well it's not really thinking its always the most unhelpful cycle of thoughts all negative all doubts dwelling ruminating its not helpful at all but i find it happening a lot
it's like mind stop doing this it's not going to solve anything |

Mindfulness meditation is all about being in the moment. Perhaps you should try that.
