Has anyone else been watching this programme? I've found it interesting but tough to watch.

I wonder whether the young really are more anxious and depressed than they were in, say, 1970 or 1910? Or is it that we're just more aware of it?

I watched about 5 minutes of one of these programmes, I really struggled with it and had to turn it off. One of my brother's friends committed suicide last August.

I think we eat more junk food than ever before, and do less exercise.
