What age did you start losing your allergy? And, have you got any other allergies?

By my mid 20's I was pretty much ok. I can still 'tell' that it's a bad hayfever day when I go out, I just don't get it anymore. I always hated the sound of lawnmowers in the morning, I just knew it was gonna be a bad day. And yeah, I do/did have other allergies. My worst one is household dust. That still gets me today if someone is having a clear out and kicking dust up in the air. Animal allergies too but I might have grown out of some of them too. Rabbits was a bad one, some cats, budgies, stuff like that. Feather pillows was a killer even just in the same room as me. You have my sympathy.

Sounds like you had it bad there. I used to have a cat allergy but that's waned quite a bit in recent years; good for me, bad for cats. Glad your rid of them all

I woke up feeling really anxious, more so than usual.
My uncontrollable mind is trying to find out why, trying to find out if I have anything to feel guilty about, and I can't come up with any answers as to why I woke up feeling like this... so my mind is trying to delve into my past trying to find everything I have done wrong in life and blowing them out of proportion.
It's also making me feel sh*t about the current state of my life, about how I'm jobless, have no social life, how I'm a loser, a waste of space.

I'm kinda worried this is going to progess into an "episode"... most of my bad episodes start off with this feeling.

Achey, tired, throat closing up still, headache, heavy arms and legs - falling to bits basically.
On the plus side - I have no new regrowth of toe hair. I'm happy with that.

No. My nan, who I love so dearly, is dying horribly in hospital. My dad has a terminal illness. My mother abandoned me again. Every attempt at a relationship, or making friends, has failed. My decency, my thoughtfulness, my kindness, gets thrown in my face. I'm currently near a motorway bridge, struggling to find reasons not to jump off it and end my pointless, miserable life.
