Online blood test booking
Easier said than done. Register-ok, make appointment but need to enter an activation code to initiate first appointment. No damn email after 3 attempts at having it sent. Email support and get standard reply saying they'll be in touch.
Effing useless.

^ My junk mail filter used to be excellent but now I would say it is quite good. I get a fair amount of false positives. I eventually got a reply from the support team and they activated the account.
