Re: What are you looking forward to?
- New series of SAS training documentary on Sunday.
- Getting Philip Pullman's books on audio and listening to them while I lie in a hot bath. - Reading the Patrick Leigh Fermor book my sister bought me for christmas. - The Liverpool game tonight. - Spring. - The possibility of snow this month. - Buying an old record player and getting all my favorite albums on vinyl, starting with The Smiths, Joy Division, The Beatles and Primal Scream. Longer term I think there will be some exciting stuff down the line, especially medical nanobots. They should arrive in the next ten years. Also, fully immersive virtual reality. |

Re: What are you looking forward to?
I have to be honest. A pizza. Seriously, no joke. I'm heartbroken at the fact that since I've been living in Norway for the last couple of years, I found out that Pizza Hut has discontinued my favourite Supreme pizza. Like, there's a veggie supreme (no meat) or a Super-Super Supreme that may as well have taken a large dump on the sanctity of the OG Supreme. Sorry if I sounded really silly - I may (or not) have had a few too many drinks (and by that, I mean I should really be at an AA meeting, but when have I ever had the social equity to attend those unless I've been, yep, drunk enough in the first place to even exit my front door). Apologies to anyone if that triggered you - believe me, alcoholism is not a laughing matter.

Re: What are you looking forward to?
Having enough self employed customers so stop having to work for the tree surgeon I currently work for part time. Or possibly just for him to die, move to another country or otherwise not be a person in my life.
